Depending on what you do for a living, or possibly a physically active social life, can determine your weight. People with jobs that require lots of energy will tend to have a much better chance at maintaining a healthy weight. They are burning calories every working day. It's not easy to start a new exercise program and stick to it. There just doesn't seem to be enough time to squeeze in a consistant exercise program for a lot of people. But, activity routines that exert energy will burn fat. Wouldn't it be nice if you knew you could add years to your life, inches off your waist and hips, decrease chances of heart disease, diabetes, some forms of cancer, and all you need to do is have some fun physical activity. Studies now show, that thirty minutes a day of physical activity can have a tremendous benefit to your weight control and health. Dr. James Levine led a study by the Mayo Clinic, and discovered that only thirty minutes of physical activity is all that is needed to give you benefits better than formal exercise. Your lifestyle can play a big part in the battle of the buldge. If your inactive and your over 30, your lean muscle mass decreases about a pound a year and it's often replaced by body fat. More stuties by James Levin also concluded that obese people burn 350 calories less than lean people, due to the fact they sit, on average, 150 min. more per day. Obese persons have a biological need to sit more. Just more proof of the importance of simply, GET MOVING. By all means begin to make these activity routines a part of your everyday life from now on. These, combined with a healthy diet will get you on the road to looking,feeling, and being healthy. Dr. Levine also went on to say the NEAT doesn't reflect a lack of motivation, but rather a brain chemical difference. You don't want to injure yourself, so be sure to do some warmups and some stretching before you begin. Try and start your morning with some routines and you'll notice a boost of energy and an increase your metabolism during waking hours. Physical Activity routines: * Walk, walk, walk. Easiest and most effective activity to burn calories. Make it a habit to fast walk from one daily activity to another. * A lot of people have a habit of sitting down while their speaking on the phone. Make sure your mobile while you talk, and walk around. * Start having some fun with the house cleaning and turn on your favorite music and shake, rattle and roll to a fat burning clean house. * Professional atheletes, still to this day do jumping Jacks before practice or a game. Their warmup can be one of your fat burning routines. Do as many as you can throughout the day and you will burn loads of fat. * If you have kids in the house, get them involved in your routines and then spend more time doing some physical activity with them. * If you have a yard, gardening and lawn care is a way to burn off calories in the fresh oudoors. If you don't have a garden, maybe it's time to spruce up the yard or plant those tomatos and cucumbers you've been meaning too. * If you have a dog, make it a habit to take it out for longer walks and be sure to run with Rover more often. You can be on your way to a much healthier lifestyle by simply applying some of these physical activities into your normal day. Work your way up moderatly at first and then sustain at the level necessary to achieve your weight loss goals. It's simple math, if you expell more calories than your taking in then your going to lose weight. Balance your meals with your exercise and you will be rewarded.
