Your BMI helps doctors and nutritional experts figure out how much fat your body stores. If you have a BMI of 25 or over, then you are considered obese. There are many ways for you to take necessary action and get rid of belly fat. The 1st one is to educate yourself. If you are attempting go about losing weight without having the necessary knowledge of how to handle it and why to do it, then you will need to be getting stuck in a losing battle. But, have no fear.
