Parasites Making Us Fat and Sick

Cleaning Your System for Weight Loss

Parasite invasion:

Its estimated over 150 million Americans may have some form of harmful organism living in their body and dont even know it. And this is not just an American problem. Harmful organisms affect BILLIONS of people.

Everything you eat, drink, or handle could be inviting unwanted guests to set up home inside YOUR body. It may not be the most pleasant subject, but its the reality of the world in which we live.

Salmonella:
Have you heard about the Salmonella outbreak in the USA? It’s finally okay to eat tomato’s…except for the young and elderly. Many peppers are still banned. The Food and Drug Administration is investigating a processing plant in Mexico. Even spinach from California had Salmonella earlier this year.

Here’s what the Center for Disease Control says about Salmonella:

Salmonella is actually a group of bacteria that can cause diarrheal illness in humans. They are microscopic living creatures that pass from the feces of people or animals to other people or other animals.

A small number of persons with Salmonella develop pain in their joints, irritation of the eyes, and painful urination. This is called Reiters syndrome. This can last for years!

You can see a video of a live parasite on a person’s bowel about 3 / 4 of the way down this web page. The one that looks like a worm is the Ascaris lumbriocoides and their size can range from 15 to 35 cm.

According to Top Secret Fat Loss Secret: Parasites are a major cause of obesity since they deprive the body of the proper nutrients and leave you only empty calories as leftovers. The body starts to crave more food as it is starved for the ever-so-needed vitamins and minerals. Chapter 5 also has a detailed plan on ridding yourself of parasites naturally in four steps. In step 4, three 3 main herbs are provided that kill the parasites and their eggs.

Parasites from Pets:

It seems everyone I know has a pet. If you have a pet, be careful. This is what the Center for Disease Control has to say:

Salmonella may also be found in the feces of some pets, especially those with diarrhea, and people can become infected if they do not wash their hands after contact with pets or pet feces. Reptiles, such as turtles, lizards, and snakes, are particularly likely to harbor Salmonella.

Its estimated 90% of the population may have some form of harmful organism lurking in their bodies and not know it! These intruders live in and feed off the host, depriving them of vitamins, nutrients, and amino acids, altering natural pH levels, decreasing energy levels, and creating an acidic environment within the body. It’s critical you help your body in creating an inhospitable environment for these invading organisms.

Getting Rid of Parasites:
Chapter 5 of Top Secret Fat Loss Secret has a detailed plan on ridding yourself of parasites naturally in four steps. In step 4, three 3 main herbs are provided that kill the parasites and their eggs.

There are also several remedies that contain the herbs to kill parasites, such as this one:

Eating organic foods and avoiding fast food and restaurants can greatly reduce the chance of getting parasites.

Metabolic Typing:

Parasites are gross and toxic, but you need to know more to really lose weight. It’s called Metabolic Typing.

Chapter 3 in Dr. Suzanne’s eBook, Top Secret Fat Loss Secret, is titled The Metabolic Type Plan - What is the right type of diet for you?

Here is an excerpt from page 11: The most important distinction to make in regard to your personal biochemical needs is whether you are a Carb Type, a Protein Type or a Mixed Type. Here are the specific proportions of carbs/proteins/fats recommended for each metabolic type:

The exact proportion of each type is given in a chart in the eBook. By knowing your Metabolic Type, you can adjust your diet to fit what your body needs.

Detox: an alternative to surgery:

This year, more than 200,000 weight-loss, or bariatric, operations will be performed in the United States alone, a nearly ten-fold increase in just a decade. The most prominent types are gastric bypass and laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding (or Lap-Band), although there are a few others. A Lap-Band procedure costs about $20,000 and a gastric bypass about $30,000.

What’s changed in the last decade? Why the obesity explosion? Have humans really changed in the last decade? Not really, but our diet has. We have more processed foods in our diets (I can’t pronounce half the ingredients on most food boxes!) and our fruits and vegetables are saturated with pesticides and processed in plants that sometimes have Salmonella. In other words, our diet is a LOT more toxic.

And did you know the colon is six (6) feet long? This is the definition of the colon from The Center for Disease Control: The long, coiled, tube-like organ (also known as large bowel or large intestine) that removes water from digested food. The remaining material, solid waste called stool, moves through the colon and the rectum and leaves the body through the anus. Parts of the colon include: cecum, ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, and sigmoid colon. The average colon is approximately 6 feet long.

A lot of garbage can accumulate in the 6 feet of your colon. The key to health is to begin cleansing and purifying your body from years of toxin buildup and eliminate the root cause of these toxins from your daily life, and keep your bodys natural elimination routes (sweating, urination, defecation, respiration and menses in women) open and working effectively.

In Chapter 5 of Dr. Suzanne’s eBook she says:

Did you know according to many experts that you can have up to 5 – 25 lbs. of fecal matter stored in your colon? By detoxifying your colon first, it will jumpstart the removal of all the unwanted toxins that have been stored in your fat over the years. You should be having ideally at least 3-4 bowel movements a day. If you only have a bowel movement once a week you are severely toxic. The saying to remember is One meal in, one meal out.

A comprehensive cleanse product can help remove the toxins from your system. There are several good cleansing kits on the market such as The Oxy-Powder Advance Cleansing Kit
