The Diet South Beach and Its Three Phases

However, the dieters should still remain in the phase two and continue losing weight until they've reached their target weight. How long it takes depends mainly on how much they need to lose.

As a consequence the third phase of the diet South Beach which is then termed "A Diet for Life" is actually the last phase that lasts the rest of the dieter's life. When the dieter reaches this point of the diet South Beach, they will observe that the diet South Beach plan feels less like a diet and more like a way of life.
