There seems to be a popular belief in miracle diet pill. People believe that by having these pills and follow their meal plan for just 3 days, their weight can be gone for goods. Someone who try these pill claims that it works for them. Before you try these pill, you should understand what is the real cause of these diet pill and why you should avoid having them.
The truth is there is two way in losing your weight. The first one is by losing your fat. This is the traditional way to lose your weight that you have heard times and again. You need to do an exercise and go to gym. Have good food such as fruit and protein. This method requires hard work and takes sometime to lose weight.
I would like to focus my attention on the second kind of weight
loss. This is the way that cause people to decrease their weight so fast
in just a few days. This type of weight loss is called water weight
loss. When you studied biology class, you might notice one fact that
there are more than seventy percent of water in our body. This water
can weight many kilograms. If we can loose this water, we can lose our
weight in a flash.
I do not recommend you to use water weight loss as the main way
of reducing your weight. Since water weight loss can harm your
body. If you think about 70 % of water in your body, you will
know that your body needs a lot of water to have good
health. If you loose your water in an unnatural way like diet
pills, it can have unhealthy consequence to your body.
Another trouble is water weight loss is that this solution does not work
forever. You can loose your weight in just one day but in a week
or three, this same weight will grow back. Because your body needs to
consume water to stabilize chemistry outcome in your body.
Any unnatural way such as water weight loss is not good for your
body. So if I have to do my weight loss, I will go with tried-but-true
method such as working out and having good diet for your body. It will
take times but it will eventually work at the end.
